An Interstellar Agreement to remove the threat of Corruption and/or Death from the possible outcomes of Interstellar Travel, Transport, and Traversal, as pertaining to the Teachings and Detections of the Holy God-Machine, better-known as the Interstellar Travel Act (ITA) was an act put forth by the Kammakan MMMMMMMMDCCLIX of Houses as a direct response to the growing perceived threat of radioactive waste spread by the Holy Particle Congregation. The ICA officially forbade all interstellar travel throughout known space, officially grounding all interstellar races to their own systems. An unintended (but retroactively perceived as inevitable) consequence of the ITA was the effective dissolution of the Kammakan of Houses. In a way of putting it, the Kammakan was coaxed into passing the ITA under the assumption that interstellar travel would remain open and exclusive to themselves and the HPC. They were deceived, however, and the HPC destroyed most of the subports in Anadeia, making sub-material travel in the galaxy effectively impossible.
